They should have been done with that deal already. Was waiting to see what was in that next 6k first, but TOPS needs to conclude this and fast now. Hoping in next 2 days but that DRYS news doesn't help.

Something is up by close of business on August 31. In all the 6K's filed they use August 31 as an ending date even though the K's were issued well before that date. Seems like a deadline date.

I may be adding near the close tomorrow.
