If the OS is kept lower then the true valuation per share will adjust accordingly. We are all just taking guesses until we see the super 8k which should be out soon. I also think that if they do miss the deadline (I think they will pull through this time personally) but if they do miss it, the price will only drop a little because most of the flippers are not in this time around. There are a lot of people on the sidelines which will make for a nice run when the merger is finalized.
