I called Finra as well, they are very well aware of the file, but can't answer many questions and the two people I spoke with were fairly young and inexperienced, which doesn't mean much.

I also called and was told they couldn't tell me anything as that would amount to insider information. With everyone saying they are getting a confirmation I'm hoping it was just the agent I spoke to that was being extra careful. He told me the only thing I can do is monitor the daily list as the change would be published there before it is updated in the market.

I'm still long but and plan on staying to till I'm either rich or have my dreams destroyed but the faith is getting harder and harder to keep.
