I think they have a huge merger on the line for the hygieia brand, as Alex pitched the company to firms on Wall street, then once that merger takes place the pps will go to .03+ after that he will keep it over a penny or a month or two and then will have the requirements to file the s-1 forum.

I think a merger is most likely, but they may also have a very large contract in the wings or maybe they will sell ClearView for multi millions. There are a few options, all of them VERY, VERY good for shareholders.
