MCEM, SWICK- I still own a little bit. The Pensmore suit scared me for awhile but was glad when that settled. Kansas has been a bad place for govt construction projects and local economy in general but maybe that will start to turn. Their general market area has, IMO, been a bit underserved compared to some other areas of country the last few years so maybe a bit of pent up demand if things get kickstarted. They also have a fair amount invested in similar industry segments so balance sheet can change a bit plus or minus depending on general industry dynamics.
