Dale C -- just in case you or anyone else here hasn't already heard -- there is talk of the models indicating the possibility next week of another western Gulf system, some sort of disturbance/wave and possibly an organized tropical system, that could bring another round of potentially heavy rainfalls to areas hardest hit by the Harvey flooding
