What is your opinion on this share structure? I wonder how this compares to 2015. If it's close to being what it was in June 2015, well, we MIGHT be looking at an epic run here.

Actually last fall when I originally purchased shares the float was only 40 million or so. The stock was not liquid at all, volume was scarce, I sold out of frustration last winter for .008, then started buying again in the 3's. I have always thought UATG was a real sleeper and at some point would become a NASDAQ stock.

I think we should look up the minimum requirements for the nasdaq listing requirements. I think he is letting the float etc... stay up for an uplisting.
