Good point. A few million in volume would get TRKG moving, whether a few whales or group of tuna it wouldn't matter.

An official APO announcement would bring a pod of whales for sure.

I like the smaller OS. It's always better to have a smaller OS and float for rapid PPS movement, not like the companies that have a OS that could fill a container ship with the mega float to match.
