I know of 1 company where GP was a "Major shareholder" of a company suspended for trading. Says he was a SHAREHOLDER. You state he has been a dilution machine in several companies. Would you please post those companies symbols? In addition, I find absolutely nothing that disturbs me about Reinharz including maybe being late on a payment once and I believe if your honest , you will admit you have been late on a bill payment before.
