I can get that and maybe just maybe this ends up panning out in the long run. But it's very rare when it does happen and requires a CEO that knows what he is doing. This jackass doesn't seem to fit that bill if you ask me. Will continue to watch here and see how things pan out.

Been on vacation and just noticed the RS. My opinion is that this is being done for valid reasons. They have worked to eliminate convertible notes and have no intention of taking on more dilutive financing. The Lowering of the AS to 40 million is a pretty important aspect of this RS for me. At .0012 the company only has a marketcap of $443K which seems way cheap for a fully reporting company with minimal debt.

Yes none of us like to see an RS but they aren't all bad. Once they close on some deals shareholders will be happy IMO. I plan on holding my shares long and see how it all plays out.
