My reply is simple. Go look at CAFC IPR APPEALS STATS.
Apples to apples.
We are in CAFC IPR APPEAL.
about 4.17% of the time they will kill everything.
So keep worrying about a less than 5% chance nobody can control.
I will keep adding while its cheap and we lead up to CAFC date.
I am relying on the 95% chance we go back to district court.
Not expert analysis that at every turn has said nothing but negative spin.
