No insiders bought stock. What was shown is shares people or entities received instead of payments. They got more worthless stock. $ZMRK is INSOLVENT so they pay their debts with stock. That's why the total outstanding shares keep rising. 75 million two years ago, 150 million one year ago and this year 400 million. Dilution, dilution, dilution.
