Open ya eyes and you'll see it many many times.
It's very easy for em to increase the A/S a few days, weeks or month after the R/S and it will likely happen as seen in many many other OTC stocks.
After the RS the stock will trade at ~ 10 cts per the given price (which will likely go down today), you think it will hold there long?
