The crytpocompany is planning on reverse merging with rimrock to be able to go public faster.

This is incorrect, the merger between The Crypto Company and CRCW is complete, and they just filed a SCHEDULE 14C last week to change the name of the company from Croe Inc to The Crypto Company...it's a done deal, CRCW IS THE CRYPTO COMPANY. They already have a public vehicle, it's just not trading because there has been no IPO yet, however, it is coming, after the name and symbol change.
