I can honestly say we think alike because I thought about the points you just brought up.

What I read is that the 506 includes Board Members which was the only thing I thought the WOGI CEO would fall under. The 262 is a match.

As far as a restoration of rights it goes deeper than the DD provided. Need to DD multiple websites for a clear picture.
