Its him who said that he will file fins this month 'committed'. Its him who also wished he said he will let this company a reporting one. How can the investors are screwed by some one else other than him?
If he paid at least partly then why not he let few quarters fins posted worth the payments he already made to the accountants. Was the deal always to file all fins at a time? Wasn't it a better deal that we file gradually one quarter to another and get to the reporting state eventually? It at least keeps the confidence on this company. Isn't it?
