Marks Beware of this notorious INSOLVENT fraud. A third grader would be able to calculate that when you have 20k in revenue and LOSE $$ EVERY QUARTER for years and have LIABILITIES of close to a million dollars there is NO WAY too pay those liabilities including taxes. Especially true when accumulated losses are approaching $3 million.
