farooq - Just because you made money in the Real Estate bubble dose not mean anything. The only people who made money were the speculators and they are a very small percentage of home owners. The masses who own homes and put on 2nd mortgages have lost. The people who bought in the last two years lost. Everyone who owns a home now has lost because the value of his home is going down. There is not a lot of money from the real estate boom just waiting on the sidelines to get into the market.
Not everyone has been as amazingly lucky as you.
