Neight did you ever make the trip to check out the ELTZ Property?

If I remember correctly you were going too let us know your findings?

This sector has been good to me and it can explode almost overnight. About 7 years ago, I invested in OED% and it was a great play to flip for 100% gains, going from .01-.04 for about two years. One Friday in February it went to .013 and I bought a bunch. At the open on Monday it went to .19 and I watched it continue to climb. A few months later it reached $2.52/share and I made a killing selling as it traced back to just above $2/share. That company has since voluntarily delisted. They operated in the same industry, and the same oil formations that ELTZ is currently operating. I have no crystal ball and no idea if ELTZ will mirror that company but I think if any company can come close to giving us those kinds of gains, it's ELTZ. They are set up in every way to give shareholders fantastic returns and I hope they do.
I've flipped this a few times from last year and currently hold a small steak of "house money" to ride this out. I will see where it goes, either with a blue sky breakout or down in the gutter. Either way, this is an exciting play and has great potential for a positive result. Just don't fall in love with it and take your profits.
