Come on now. When have you ever heard a shareholder ever making out? This Kalani, no doubt is a last result for companies to get out of a bad situation. We all get burned once in awhile. I'll attest to my drys shares to that

They haven't done anything the markets don't allow them to do. It always has been and always will be about timing here. $2mil is not a lot to convert. It doesn't add up to millions trading daily.

Personally, I'm surprised he didn't finish that off during the DRYS run. Also, TOPS now has way more shorts in it than what would be converted into shares...so it's all gonna be about timing.
