Do you have a reference to any scientific research the patent attorney has published in any peer reviewed Journals.

Of course not - it is just more pinky fantasyland nonsense - barren of facts.

So you believe the attorney is going to rewrite the patent application - where most of the claims were rejected because they were unpatentable - such as infringing on other patents.

It really is beneficial to read the letters of rejection.
