In Florida, Verizon decided to take the fiber cable all the way to the business & residential premises whereas AT&T did not...! Perhaps n California AT&T has decided to complete the fiber build-out to their business & residential customers...? I personally know that of which I speak. It will keep the company & crews busy for quite a while...
