yeah. some of the other court documents already confirmed that it is being sold...the docket brief for the court date on the 9th though was less than clear in its intention. Can't tell if it is to file a motion to extend the sale or finalize it...but there was another docket saying a pre-conference was set for 2/2018 for Encore but it is related to ESP someway..im not paying to be able to access the full court report though. haha. I sent the company an email to see if they can clarify or if we can expect a PR with updates anytime soon. Guess it wouldn't hurt to try and contact Encore either
