Mentioned it before...the company was in the process of having financing approved. The only reason that was out in doubt was because they didn't know if their lender would 'pull the plug' in light of their need to restate earnings.
That said, folks should also remember that their clients ARE the financial firms...the ones WITH money to lend. So...if that Urban deal is trying to low-ball them, I'd Walt away too.
