Another theory is that a lot of energy is spent to prop up the stinky stock and when enough interest picks it up a bit turn around and dump it and repeat the cycle. There's nothing good in this stock besides false hopes for investors. They (the company, not some mysterious evil entity) keep doing the wrong thing and continue to prove they are not a strong company - dilution, spending money on wasteful activities, poorly timed splits, no significant sales, deemed not applicable to the AM process by America Makes. Because Sigma failed, suddenly the opinion of America Makes went from the all-knowing organization driving the business to a bunch of hacks that don't know how to write a report. Maybe they were right. Maybe Sigma really did fail to deliver. Not that it's impossible to redeem themselves, but that round was lost. They brought in an expert to see what they can wring out of what's left of this stock listing. It's not a company, it's a stock - and being used as such. They are spending their time making money on us - the shareholders, not by doing good business. I don't know how it's done in Germany, but that kind of bothers me.
