I get what you're saying. The government is a red tape nightmare. I still think it's great that Steve is going down every road available. There's really no telling what could come of this. He's got the meetings with the auto manufacturers already. I don't think legislation of this sort would have to be that complicated or controlled by the government. Just make it an insurance requirement for drivers under a certain age. Who knows. I just think it's worth spending a day with the governor. Even if it never becomes legislation it could still land us on a website that will probably be advertised to some degree. I'm assuming the meeting with Chrysler is in Michigan anyway so might as well hook up with the governor.
