Cheds, you were saying recently how PR's are for note-holders not shareholders. Given the PR from August 10th gave August 31st as a new merger date and a 13G seems to have been done that same day, do you anticipate they will stretch this out all the way until the morning of the 31st, and that the note-holder (MAXM/Eagle/whatever) knows he has until this date to convert all his shares? Interested in your thoughts on this and whether or not we will see more of the same from MAXM today. Almost seems like they're waiting on him to finish up before releasing the news.

Also, curious if you have any thoughts on who might be buying up all these MAXM shares in the high-teens. Wash-trading, retail, big buyers/institutions, insiders? Thanks.
