something is not right. I do think they have a mandate to communicate at least every 180 days plus no more than 29 days thereafter ( which means this month!!!). That is my understanding. I have been around stock trading since the early 90"s and have never seen anyone go more than 6 months, never. This will be the first. They have made no distress filings to my knowledge which would be public record. I am still positive for that reason, but negative (and pissed) at the cowardness and/or laziness of the leadership.
