#59625 RE: QD explosion #59624

Okay thanks for the info. I'm in Cali so all I see is what's on TV. I saw that a couple of people on this board purchased some products and since only a very small portion of shareholders post on here, I assumed there were many more purchases.

#59627 RE: QD explosion #59624

The QD companies in STAR PARK are potentially QMC's thin film partners.

"We currently operate from a leased facility in San Marcos, Texas at the STAR Park Technology Center, an extension of Texas State University (the “San Marcos Facility”). This location provides us with convenient access to university faculty and specialized laboratory facilities that can support joint research and development efforts with Texas State University. Located approximately 30 miles south of Austin, Texas, this location is also in close proximity to a number of leading companies in the electronics, lighting, solar, and life sciences markets"

“Sri did a great job in elevating awareness of Quantum Materials throughout the broader display industry,” said Mr. Squires. “We are now moving our best materials into high-volume production and working closely with our film partners to develop market-ready products. Our proprietary volume QD production process is fulfilling its promise to deliver quantum dots at favorable price points and at a scale unequalled by our competitors’ batch processing methods.”

QMA will build two Quantum Dot production line and application development centers in the Beijing and Changde Special Economic Development Zones. The advantages to QMA of siting the facilities in these locations beyond proximity to clients includes a full refund of the land purchase cost upon facility completion as well as a five year state tax exemption.

I am very sure there will be QD orders coming from the companies in STAR PARK, they may even be QMC's thin film partners. "Horticulture thin film" is coming soon, produced by one of QMC's thin film partners. Will those films come from the other side of the world, or thousand miles away in U.S.'s east coat or west coast? From the vicinity of QMC's QD production plant in STAR PARK of course!

"We expect to commence generating revenues from the production of materials at the San Marcos facility in the fourth quarter of 2017. Such revenues are expected to be modest at first and will be dependent upon our ability to generate purchase orders from development partners (located in the STAR PARK)"

Squires means "If QMC's thin film partners capture the market and incur increasing sales, so will QMC's sales of QD"

Some investors are obsessed with uncertainty and skeptism and react only to news and outcome, some investors read between the lines and anticipate things to come before they happen.
