only $32,685 in Net Profits?

Spreading misinformation again. The reported GAAP net profit for FY2017 was $1,527,057

The $32,685 is from an alternative pro forma statement that shows the results as if stock based compensation and one time transactions such as acquisitions and dispositions of assets had not had a one time financial impact. During FY2017, mCig made the following acquisitions...

1.) Three CBD Domain Names $ 247,500
2.) The VitaCig Product Line $ 46,797
3.) Cherry Hemp Oil (CHO) $ 32,545
4.) Agri/Grow Contractors $ 160,008
5.) Vapolution $ 721,502
6.) EU VitaStik Brand/Trademark $ 412,500
7.) 420Cloud $3,144,444

In addition, the company sold the VitaCBD Brand to Stony Hill for $700,000 of Stony Hill Stock.

A pro forma picture of operational results was also contained in the 10-K...

It shows profits from operations of $928.989

A better picture of future performance was also shown as a pro-forma in the 10-K...

Had the acquisitions all been in place as of the first day of the fiscal year, the company would have realized $2,651,872 in operational profits.

If we assume that the company is on track to make $3,000,000+ profit next year, then...

$3,000,000 earnings/389,000,000 shares = $.0077/share EPS

$.0077 EPS x 40 PE = $.308 pps

The company is currently undervalued.

Debunked Again!
