CDR....You failed to address the issue. PPS verses losses! You have stated a position about edig and their losses and I am saying your theory doesn't hold water. Look at Amazon and please explain to me the markets acceptance of these excessive losses over the last five years.
Did you not understand my post and the comparison I was trying to make?
It's the market that determines the price and any losses is only a single factor, but not the only criteria, even in today's market.
Is Amazon a greater gamble than edig, must be based on your criteria.
OZ how many shares do you think Warren Buffet buys of Amazon or in fact those companies whose balance sheets are so weak that htey won't hold water ? Additionally ,would Buffet buy into a company where management doesn't understand that profits are it's life blood ?
