I could just as easily sit here and claim the shelf was pulled because Odidi's about to be replaced as CEO and IPCI's new CEO is about to announce a lucrative partnership on Regabatin with several million dollars upfront and I guarantee you that you and fred would claim that there's no way that's possible because I'd have ZERO facts to substantiate those claims!
