Well, I am very glad if you are prepared to put some pressure for accountability.

BTW - what was said, as I heard it, was there would NOT be another RS. This was not conditional on a shareholder vote. That would be a real mind-f__k, because the dilution has been so huge, longer-term shareholder votes wouldn't make any difference.
