It could be many things. Manipulation is the first reason I would look at. I've been here many months and I've seen this happen many times often only to recover towards the EOD. There are too many positives for the price to stay here much longer.
Notice how Steve says 99.99%, but never 100% until the deal is done. These note holders converting their shares are not in the game of taking even the smallest chances. This is a great PPS to convert at, and the buying pressure is still there to sell off their entire amount for a healthy profit. Another question to ask, who is buying all these shares? I don't believe this is retail alone soaking up shares. Probably some serious players at the other end of these sales.
