I am aware of that bidding process. Of course any vehicle purchase with On4 software pre-installed is the way to go and a government purchase would be a non entity except for cars already in inventory of which would run into the thousands and tens of thousands across the country.
Steve is going for the manufacturers. Don't forget Michigan wants help building a distracted driving website and are looking into creating legislation that requires all young drivers to have some sort of distracted driving device. I'm guessing fms app will be on that website and probably recommended by the governor. I'm looking at that as the big prospect in Michigan. And yes even that will take some time.
