Common ST. Can we not keep using the argument because someone says somone or something that Ronin wants is flawed that they are automatically pro current BOD. That is not the case so level headed people should quit using the argument. Ronin has 9% of shares which does not make them God. Maybe we should request (for our vote) a BOD that is truly independent. A settlement which calls for a BOD containing reps from UTSW, Dart, ES, and Ronin.
If Ronin insists on their own 3 then this tells me they want no oversight
