Likely because the FDA warning showed up on stock news.

On my platform, nothing good in terms of USRM news is displayed, just the FDA warning and the 3 blind patients from long ago.

The market trembles at government regulation, particularly when warnings are issued.

Interesting time for a haircut. Might need to add during all this panic.
