Look at it this way. There are millions if not billions at stake. If the NASD and the SEC don’t go after it then it’s obvious they were involved so they have to start filing charges against those responsible.
This company blows like most of the stock on the OTC. I've gotten destroyed here by the pps but I dont think its just manipulation. They ran it up on RMAT and then word came RMAT was out the window we got killed. And since RMAT has went away most of the company "updates" have been laughable. Just my opinion. Hope the PPS comes back.
