COVEY will never sue IR. Common holders will never sue. No law firm will take the case. It's a no win case. Any monies awarded, if ever, would go to Feds, state government for back taxes, liens, then creditors, then legacy investors. Common holders are way down at the bottom. Wont ever see a dime imo.
