I think there will be a comprehensive combination strategy revealed once Ronin gets the seats. The main risk is the current board doing a bread crumb deal to try and buy some votes. Ronin would quickly challenge, but we don't need any more delays.

Speaking of delays, Tustin needs to get moving with the ASM announcement.

Novartis would tie into the "family" idea. Could we be dealing with a plan of action whereby Novartis bought a high percentage of shares in pphm, have done deals with Xencor, etc., and were now sending Ronin to do a deal with out BOD only to be rebuffed by our greedy, arrogant, go it alone BOD?

Could we now be dealing with plan B from the Novartis and Ronin.

What if Gilead is a clogging factor?

just have to wait until the current BOD is flushed down the toilet...




I wonder if Gilead moved forward with such a large purchase having some further knowledge of the safety factors and ameliorating those factors?
