The extra 10 is a positive with 100 percent enrolled... I'm still guessing interim on September 9th or shortly before... 80 to 85 percent should provide good indications... the added 10 patients is a hint/clue of no safety concerns and confidence.
Accepting 10 more patients is a good sign IMO. If P isn't doing well but wants to achieve a certain %, then a larger sample size wouldn't help.
For example, to achieve 50% PASI 75 in 10 patients, 5 out of 10 patients need to achieve PASI 75. To achieve the same % in 20 patients, 10 out of 20 patients are needed. That's why Phase 3 contains the most patients - to lower the probability that the result is obtained by chance.
