I don't get the Siaf HK Ltd. 31,998,572 shares, do you?

Never heard of it, so I downloaded the annual report of 2017 for that company. The company was incorporated May 2015, there is only one director called LI Changbai, there is 1 share in the company owned by a company called Regal Nominees Limited. So I downloaded the annual report of Regal as well, Mr LUI Tin Nang is registered as the owner of that company, adress to the same adress the secretary of Triway.

These are most likely the shares that will be used in the pre-IPO and the IPO.

I'm not that impressed of the other parties, some shell companies, and some of the companies have 1-5 employees, the one in belize seems to be Inactive
