According to a recent SEC white paper, the average return in this over-promoted cesspool called the OTC is minus 24%.

Said another way, the chances of making money on these scams is not good.

Another way to look at it: -24% or (24%).

Not good odds.

I would say HVCW odds are even worse. These promoted stinky pinkies are the biggest losers.
