They are not "pre-funding"; they have solicited and received plenty of retail investors funds, and they have emptied the pockets of anyone who has tried to invest in them based on their various misrepresentations thus far. There is nothing you can say to convince me they have anything marketable until share price is back to at least 2 to 5 cents.
