Key part of 8/21/17 PR: The new venture will be located in Toronto and will responsible for not only bringing the Conference to the U.S. Canada and Mexico, combined with Education and Training, but will also start to position Cannabis Manufacturing Procedures and Technologies from the Cann10 and their Cultivation & Process partners like Seach Farms, for **capitalization in North America**.

- I am thinking something is up with this Cann10 that is more than meets the eye. It seems to be a conduit/means to bring and capitalize the Israeli technology in North America. Time will tell how significant this will be for BLDV.
