- fins are getting updated. Another q and then 10k coming shortly.
- becoming current has been and is the top priority
- these reflect 2016, during a time in transition. The opportunity is looking ahead.

Deals:
- mega deals are in the works and will be made public soon
- more deals in the pipeline and we see an acceleration on this front
