Either way Since January 2017 LSR owned almost 14% of the common shares of ECOS with out question and how much that has increased is yet to be seen.

There has been no filing that reduces LSR stake in ECOS and as we can see from video and statement the Production has began at LSR site and now ECOS has located theire office there so the partnership/reverse merger or acquisition is clearly progressing well.
