Accumulated deficit is part of life it does not have a bearing on debt the company owes.
You issue 1000 shares of stock at $1.00 and the stock price trades at 50 cents (and the company spent the $500 dollars) you have an accumulated deficit of 500 bucks.
Any write offs R & D or depreciation also move into accumulated deficit column right?
So every one please have a clear understanding of accumulated deficit and or accumulated depreciation when looking at balance sheets.
So unless there is a CPA on this board that would like to correct me dont pay a whole lot of attention to that number...pay attention to convertible debt and on going losses and cash flow which at the moment OTTV has none. So yes they will continue to issue stock until revenues start coming in. I suspect you might see cash flow soon...but you need positive cash flow.
Further more if this vehicle transferred to OTTV and there was previous accumulated deficit that would go with the vehicle as well.

Watching intently.
