Warrants or our right buying of shares still equate to ownership. It really does not matter.

Once ownership by LRS is greater than 50% than ECOS major shareholder will be LRS.

8K filings coming, and the next warrants require .0025 and then 0.0050, or at least half a penny.

Think of it like this if your have 400 plus employees your a size able company and why would you NOT incorporate ECOS into your portfolio, they already have Facilities on LRS site.
