$TXHD is a classic pump and dump chart where unwitting investors were Cheezed. The stock hasn't finished collapsing yet. There's still another 90% dump to $0.0001.

Not all of the creditors have been settled, the investor class action lawsuit hasn't taken place, and the SEC hasn't begun prosecuting Rob, Allan, Bruce, Azam and others for their role in the stock price manipulation and subsequent dumping.

Wais has yet to file an 8-K about the bogus $IMTV MJ deal. Didn't even report on it in the 2Q2017 10-Q, even though he felt it was a material enough event to compensate Tom Bustamente 3M shares to promote the scam.
